GFX Team & VIP access

If you got VIP access, you would be under scrutiny, hence we would kick members from the GFX team for not properly doing their job, etc.

GFX moderators should be able to get VIP, maybe if we swapped their permissions (primary, secondary), it would work, don't feel like doing it ATM.
