[Tutorial] How to design background of the water ?

Hello guys
This is new Tutorial to How to design the background of the water !
This Tutorial is very beautiful and very easy

Let's go !

1- go to >> File >> New



2- now press D to return the colors to main situation "white and black"



3- go to >> Filter >> Render >> Clouds


4- go to >> Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur



5- go to >> Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur



6- go to Filter >> Sketch >> Bas Relief



7- go to Filter >> Sketch >> Chrome



8- go to Image >> Adjustments >> Hue/Saturation
But make sure you pressed Colorize
