Current Zombies weapon list?

Is there anyone who has found the weapon/grenade codes for all of the zombie maps? I've found all of the threads that have lists, but they seem to be only up until Five, with almost no mention of the DLC maps. I have tried some different combinations I thought might work, but to no avail. My other request is for perks. I found most of the codes for the bottle itself, but not all, and even then, it doesn't actually give you the perk.

Lastly, is it possible to use guns on maps which they aren't found on, i.e. the Winter's Howl on Moon, etc...?
