When ever I go to make something bold or something like I already typed it will put the [ B ] at the top and not around the words same for every thing else? same for color and images

Try the default solution to any problem.
Is your webbrowser IE? - If yes, get another one.
How long have you used your browser? - If the answer is for a very long time, do a cleanup of it. Clear cache and/or other crap you don't need.
Still not working? - If the answer is no, which it shouldn't, reinstall your browser, if it's IE. Then you're screwed.
