How to get any product code Unbanned from Steam

OK here it is, the Tutorial everybody has been asking me for, before we start we will need a few things.

1. A new email address.
2. A steam support account.
3. Amazon Receipt Generator, you can download that here.
4. A digital photo or scan of the CD Key/quick reference card.
5. A new Steam account that isn't vac banned.

Okay now we can begin, we are going to be tricking steam support into thinking that we just purchased the game from Amazon, and we tried to activate the key and it wouldn't work.

Okay now we're going to be making a Amazon Receipt, so open the Amazon Receipt Generator, and fill out all of the required fields like the picture below.



And when you are happy with information that you have filled out clicked on generate, Now in the same file you'll see a new HTML file, Open it in your web browser and take a screenshot and resize it to look like this.



So now fill out your Steam support form like this, make sure you leave the username field empty, then attach your Amazon Receipt, and CD Key/quick reference card, and When you are happy with what you have wrote clicked on Submit Question.



Next steam support will reply, saying the following.



So now we do exactly what they told us to do, we handwrite your Support Ticket Number on the quick reference card or sticker above the CD Key, and then Submit Your Question again.



So steam support should reply again With the following, they will basically ask you what Steam Account would you like the game to be activated on, so obviously we tell them.



And now we are finished, we have a brand new copy of the game, using are old vac banned cd key, wasn't that easy.
Please do not leak this Tutorial on any other websites, otherwise Steam might block this exploit, if too many people use it.
