Feels bad man. I feel really bad for my brother.

So, basically I don't know the whole story, but my brother is 11 and he always plays the PS3. PS3 Network, etc. Mostly online, and he talks to kids way older than him. I question it, but my parents say get out of his business. Today, he was on my account messaging his own account and he/she was messaging back. The only message I saw was the guy on HIS account said, "ok ill tell him but don't log into ur profile it'll mess the glitch up" -- 10 minutes later after him pacing around I notice that his account isn't on my friends list anymore.. The guy on his account removed me, and it suggests the worsts. He quickly tries to get on his account, and sign in, but it was changed.

I'm sick, but I feel bad so I'm trying to help him get it back. Just went on my email and it looks like the guy changed the sign-in ID (the email) and I already know the email. The email is like civera60@yahoo.com as it was sent to my email and that email. No other emails found; I assume the guy was smart, changed the sign in ID, and then changed password.

tl;dr: person was my brother's friend and he got on his account cause my brother wanted some glitch. Guy took his account, changed sign in ID, and I'm helping to get it back.

So, I'm calling the PS3 support and I'm not sure what to say at all. I mean, under their terms of service and shit it says to not give out your password; if I said he gave his password to some kid, they'd deny to help me. If I said it got hacked, they'd doubt it and I would too if I were them. Not sure what to say. Been on hold for the past 10 minutes.

Been talking to PS3 for about.. 10 minutes now. They just verified my information and they're sending me over to some Accoout Compromisation Specialists. On hold now.

Anyways, all jokes aside, I did get it back. The girl basically said if my brother ever shares his account information again it'll be banned forever because he violated the account terms or something, so I have to stress that to him tonight. Got it back on the email and everything.
