Good ways to . . .

Hello guys. I am a young teenager and I want to make some OK money at a good pace. It has to be a little over 20$ for each job or whatever ( If it's less, fine). I can't do things online, as I don't want to do/can't do paypal (don't ask), and I can't really go around cleaning houses because It's been done. Mowing yards is an option but what do you think is a great way for me to make money at my age?

I really want to build a Gaming PC, and I'm not really going anywhere moneywise. Anyone please help?
