How to use/download euro hack?

My real question is just how do you download hacks? I've tried downloading them but they just download the IJJI Reactor (Which seems odd and makes no sense) and don't do anything else. I'd like to know how to download them and then also use them. I've scoured the forums a bit looking for a tutorial or something that tells me how to do this. As of yet, I've found nothing useful.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, that's why it made absolutely no sense that when I download an AVA hack, it doesn't download the hack I guess... It just downloads the IJJI Reactor. O_o

I'm really confused about this haha. My main problem is just downloading the hacks... I was almost 100% positive that I was clicking the right links in order to download the hacks. I also heard that I need to download win.rar or some program like that. Not really sure, my friend was trying to explain it to me.

Finally, I have deleted any leftover IJJI Reactor or AVA stuff after the migration. I've searched my computer to see if that was the problem and there is no IJJI stuff on my computer. I'll continue trying different things until something works. -_(\
