So i was almost electrocuted last night.

2am. Went to bed like any other normal early morning.
Grabbed my laptop charger and plugged it in - my hand lit up blue as well as the laptop power brick and then all the power in the house went off...

I'm like fuck i triggered the safety switch.
Think should i go and turn it back on so the food doesnt go bad or should i just go to sleep?
-> Go downstairs
-> Try to flip the switch
-> Wake up my mum.
-> Get scolded like there is no tomorrow for waking her up.
-> mfw she doesn't even care that i almost got electrocuted.
So much for me thinking that i would be doing a nice thing by turning it back on....

Ended up getting the power on again, i'm like "Hey, should i try turning my laptop charger on again"
She's all like "I don't give a fuck"

This time i put it on the ground and plugged it in and the whole room almost lit up blue and there was a loud "POP" followed by something smelling like it burned. Then the power went off again. Did not bother getting up again to turn it back on though, fuck it.

I don't see what could have happened, it was working fine 2 hours before this happened and all i did was take it out of my laptop and take the external cord out because it was loose.

The unit's sleeving was previously damaged but it was working fine before that.

I was at my grandma house one time and it was raining and lightning outside. I was outside in the country and all the house lights was off so it was dark as hell. I decided to get up for some reason from one of the rooms and the house rooms are all connected by this long hall way kind like thing.. just know you can walk thru the front and walk straight and go thru the back.. and I was walking that direction and this shiver of light looking like thunder when across that long hallway.. I went right back in the room and layed my ass back down. Idk what it was

Was in Intermediate (school inbetween primary and high school), trying to turn a computer on by the back switch. I feel that red switch that is really small and is usually covered up tap, flick the switch, hear a pop, spark flies out the side of tower, fried something, doesn't turn on, computer screwed.
