Obviously it's not legit.. Anyone who puts hack on youtube is trying to steal people's account information or give them a virus. You can scan the .exe and realize it isn't real

Well, if he detect its runs under a Virtual PC (VirtualBox, VMware) it may does... nothing..
And scammers are not stupid.. If they post a virus in general they try it before on site like the old NovirusThanks to make sure its undetected.

Lets assume 99% of the exe files you download on Youtube are virus. Its not even worth to try
