What is CBL?

The Community Ban List, a list of known hackers reported by people in Combat Arms (not sure if they support other games) that are verified as hackers by video and screenshots. It lists all of the hackers (as well as a personalized lookup of individual Combat Arms Players) as well as their reasons for being placed on the list as a hacker with the proof of hacking. Almost who doesn't hack on CA uses it when choosing clan members to make sure a member isn't actually a hacker, and can be a pain in the ass when it comes to Elite Mods kicking people.

It didn't expire, whoever registered the domain isn't giving it to whoever runs it. Whoever runs it thinks they own it. Pretty funny if you think about it.
