I still have two keys from him that I haven't even plugged in and logged on with. They're sitting waiting for me to need them. Bot aren't banned. When I had a problem of keys being GB'ed without me using him, he helped rectify the situation. He has a life also, so don't expect him online 24 7 to deal with MPGH all the time.
