One way to not get banned is to use another class for a bit, get some kills, switch to death machine class

I believe someone already gave a tip about that.

Played with it on 2nd account for over 4 weeks now...ok its obvious if u start with 0 kills and get it..just set a scondary and do a few kills with it before switching to the DM (less chance of getting noticed)

Yes, you can easily get banned if you go nuts with it. I gave an easily noticeable warning in my original post.

The Death Machine killstreak does NOT drop when you die. However, since this trainer sets the Death Machine as your primary weapon, it DOES drop when you die. Players will notice this and wonder wtf?

There is always a chance of getting VAC banned with any hack/trainer. There is a far greater chance of getting manually banned by Treyarch because of all the players who will report you if you get noticed.
