you need to unlock all camou's for that group of guns, for example, unlocking all camou's for mtar it will only unlock mtar, but if you unlock all camou's for that one gun group (all assault rifles) then you unlock the diamond camo for all the Assualt rifles

if you unlocked all camos on all the guns and you dont see the diamond camo, restart the game and it should be there. some people mentioned that and it seemed to work
