1. Always have at least one medic on your squad. Two is best, as they can heal each other and bring your men back into the fight.
2. Always keep your medics and leaders covered. Never leave them. Stick togther and protect them becauwse you'll need them.
3. Keep a sniper a short distance away, and make sure he hides and is stealthy. He can be used to outshoot enemy snipers and spot incoming infantry and armor.
4. Keep a support man on the squad. He can rsupply ammo and weapons because your commander might not, and probably won't, send you supplies.
5. Keep an anti-tank and keep him protected. Make sure that your men are covering all angles, and make sure they stick together.
6. Be stealthy. You don't want the enemy to know what hit them. Always plant mines if you can on well-travelled roads.
7. STICK TOGETHER! You need to be able to work as a team, so work hard and stay close to one another.
8. Fight together! Make sure no one is slacking off from combat unless is replenishing ammo, reviving a teammate, or healing a teammate. You should all fight as one.
9. WORK AS A TEAM! You need to be able work together, which means: fighting, healing, moving, informing, spotting, resupplying, etc. Make sure you can support and take care of each other.
10. Unless he is dead, always spawn at your squad leader's location. If he is dead, keep fighting and hope to hook up with him later. Try to keep him and your teammates alive, bust most importanty keep the medic(s) and squad leader alive. Without the medics, you can't be revived, and without the squad leader it's hard to stick together.
11. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR TEAM AND HAVE FUN!

 

Press the "~" key to bring up the console and type these codes in to do the desired effect. If you see a "1" or a "0" Change it to the oppostie and it will turn it on/off. If you see any thing with "[]" around it you replace it with what it says.

This glitch allows you to stay outside of the map forever, where you should normally hear the "Where do you think you are going soldier..." message.

You can do this with a friend for example by making a squad together. What you do is this: The squadleader goes out into the red zone where you hear the previously mentioned message and you spawn in on him. You can stay outside the map forever. Have your friend die and leave the squad so you become squad leader and let him spawn in on you. Now the two of you can stay outside and never die from the out of bound penalty.

 

Locate the file "unlocks.py" located in Program FilesEA GAMESBattlefield 2pythonbf2stats (or wherever you installed Battlefield 2, in the folders pythonbf2stats), and open "unlocks.py" with Notepad. (Before you edit unlocks.py, you should make a backup of the file "unlocks.py" (just copy and paste the file) and rename the file to unlocks1.py) Now you should see a whole bunch of codes. Press CTRL+F and find the word "defaultunlocks" (without the quotations). This should highlight the line of codedefaultUnlocks = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0] Change all the "0"s to "1"s, so it looks like this: defaultUnlocks = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1] and now press CTRL+S to save. Note: this only works for single player. EA Games will ban your CD-Key for a week if they discover you are using this for multiplayer (darn). So just replace the unaltered backup file of "unlocks.py" for multiplayer.

On the level "Strike at Karkand" be the commander (on MEC team) and spawn at the hotel. when you spawn go to the building thats lets you overlook the hotel and place a vehicle drop on you (dont let the vehicle crush you). Once the vehicle lands get in it and drive directly into the wall of the hotel and get out then you see the inside on the hotel. Blow up the vehicle so no one else gets in and resign as commander so you get normal points!!!

Special weapons unlock doesnt work for me BTW i have it on steam but i dont think its a big problem right?
