PP19 Heavily Overpowered?

Is it me or is PP19 heavily overpowered? When I picked it up it seemed like it had almost no recoil and godly accuracy and I easily got a ultra kill. Also there are 65 bullets in the mag which is almost like an mg. I'm here to ask your opinion. I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong section because Obama said the chat section would be up tomorrow.

Guys I just wikied it "The PP-19 Bizon ("bison") is a 9mm submachine gun developed in the early 1990s at Izhmash by a team of engineers headed by Victor Kalashnikov (son of famed AK-47 designer Mikhail Kalashnikov).[1][2] Alexi Dragunov, youngest son of Evgeny Dragunov (responsible for the SVD sniper rifle), was also a member of the design team.[2][3]
The Bizon was developed at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD)[3] and is primarily intended for counter-terrorist and law enforcement units that usually need fast and accurate fire at close ranges. Prototypes were trialed by the Special Equipment Research Institute in 1995 where they outperformed several competitors, and the weapon was accepted into service on December 28, 1996. The Bizon is issued to armed response units of the Federal Security Service (FSB) and Ministry of Justice. It was used in combat against separatists in the North Caucasus theater of operations, namely Chechnya and Dagestan." Apparently it fires 650-700 rounds per min!

i hate this gun i will never buy it again, the accuracy is ok unless u wanna aim down the sights then it becomes useless, its seems too weak to me seems like it takes the full clip to kill one person, overall this weapon is crap.just another noob cannon to add to the collection.

I get really pissed when I'm coming 1st and then a pro with pp19 joins and owns me. Its so pwnage in showdown I don't even try beating it there.

but i mean . nexon had an idead tbat u just can buy than with a specific rank ^^
but there would be an other idea. any overpowerd weapons u just can buy with a low rank and as a high rank its locked xD

Good point but it seems almost too awsome. I can understand how good they made m416 but this seems too far. MayB they will change it?
