you can with ninja ripper (for models and textures)
but you need to fix them after you unpacking them, if you don't have any knowledge about modeling so forget it .

and i dont think there is some tool for ".Pak" specifically

I found something to open it, yes it works. Only problem is getting it back in.

i dont care about re-importing anything! All i want finally getting access to the scripts, Objects and gamaedata Pak files! Just as Thunder82 said, if you have solution help, and at least show the app, and how its working! If you have no intention help, then don't taunt peoples with false hopes!

If you really wanna help, at least give them chance find the way make work modded stuffs under SP!

ok, I found out how decrypt the pak files, and i'm already working on the files I wanted to edit-upgrade, but the problem still this:

long as the Pak files cant be encrypted again, Crysis 3 can't use any mods! The SDK 3.4 not working, and its crashing down on AMD ( officially confirmed compatibility issue by crytek, AMD has no fault in that ) cards!

March 8 UPDATE:

there's a problem caused by Origin!

when you launch the game Crysis 3 says "searching missing data" and other files has been removed, or modded! You can't change a thing as it is now! no matter who, how, or when gonna be able re-encrypt the PAK files! Why? because the Crysis 3 has no run.exe file on its own, its launched by the Origin client! Origin fill the missing, removed, and modded PAK, and other files because you can start the game! There's no reason, no need, no use working on this shit anymore! Long as we can't have a stand alone Cryis3.exe and we can't sidestep this "patching missing files" crap! I did my best, and a friend from EA ( heavy modder in private ) told me no use working my, our asses of, this how Crysis 3 was fucked up!
