Help with making a .exe trainer..?

Hey guys. Basically, after a recent interest in trainers, I've refound my love in cheat engine. I'd class myself as not a beginner, but I know how to use it. I've found some interesting addresses for not just black ops 2, but games like team fortress two etc. I'd love for someone to either make or point me to a tutorial on how to make a .exe trainer with a visual GUI.
