Need Help Playing Wasteland

Hello. I really need help playing wasteland. I tried playing through DayZ Commander: It can't play it, I get a deleted.chernarus and a bunch of othr errors. I also tried playing it through regular arma 2: oa. same thing. I tried everything. Can someone help me in someway to fix this and get Wasteland workign cause I really wanna play it. if you know how please help on here or add me on skype: elijah.ching Thanks!

You need to disable all the DayZ expansions in the main menu, and make sure only legit Arma is there; I just had the problem :P

I did. There's also extra expansions which I can't disable. Like ca, expansion and other stuff. :/

Go to your arma 2 oa root folder,
1. Make a shortcut from Arma2OA.exe
2. Add any optional launch parameters
3. Launch
4. Disable all other expansions when in main menu, only keep the "legit expansions" (Arma 2, Arma 2: OA, British Armed Forces, Private Military Company)
5. Restart when prompted
6. Go to lobby and use the filter to search for wasteland
7. Play!

Tysm. Except one thing: I can't disable some expansions. Do I have to do it manually through editing?

That's weird, I used the steps I told you to play wasteland once and it worked. Maybe it doesn't work because may have deleted some stuff?

Thanks for that, but there's still one thing. I can't disable this expansion called ca and I think that is the problem. Idk though.

What version of the game are you using? Both steam Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA?

Well you see, my Arma 2 is actually Arma 2: Free edition. It isn't on Steam. It doesn't update. -.-. I am running the latest beta patch of Arma 2: OA which I have bought from Steam. I can play DayZ easily though.

Something I've found on the steam forums, It might help you since it's also about the "CA" error and Arma 2 Free Edition.
