Also, what is the best Motherboard for like $80 or less that supports AM3+ and AMD stuff?

I'd suggest saving a bit more, I saw your other threads and try to squeeze out $400 for a GTX-670, it's definitely one of the best performance vs. price ratio graphics cards out there.

I'm not going to do that. I'm upgrading my CPU later and my Mobo. Gunna get the new one, whatever it's called: The new project CPU someone is making. I'm gunna keep this graphics card untill I REALLY Need to upgrade. When I do I'll probably spend a good $399 on one. That'll be in years though. . . hopefully.

Literally no point in getting any new CPU's as the current ones are just fine. an i7 2600 will last for quite a while, and should not be seeing performance hits any time soon. Save your money for peripherals (IPS montiors make more difference than you would believe). Depending on what CPU you are buying, upgrading is probably not necessary for quite a while.

For around the $230 mark you can either get a 660 (not the Ti version) or a 7870Ghz. I would personally go for the 7870, but the 660 is only relatively slower.

You'll be able to run some high-end games well, not familiar with AMD CPU's but it looks decent. The RAM will also help for increased performance, whilst I'm waiting for my graphics card I run DayZ maxed with Intel HD 4000 graphics, it's shit. However, because of my vengeance RAM and i5, it's great! If you need anything, please ask!

7970 beats the 670 in the performance ballpark and the price one

GTX 660 is a good card. They cost about £150 in the UK so will about 230 dollars in the US.
