But it makes sense, all of you guys making fun of how little it is. The problem is that places that never get snowed on have no protocol on what to do when it actually does snow. They also don't have the equipment to handle the snow since they can't justify the cost of getting machines to help with the few occasions when it actually does snow. They also don't need kids falling all over the place trying to walk to school, that's a liability for them.
