I suggest you to have nice degree in Computer Engineering and so on... Then use tools and make your own in C++ to decompile it. Will take about 3months though. Then start polishing code into something more readable, time depends on efforts and then do coding to make laungange be handled somewhere through file! Will take long time!

Or just download English version... Is still quicker than @tambre 's option
