how long does the support typically need to answer my ticket?
I have a chargeback. i created a new ticket, clicked >>account<<, then >>Billing/purchases<< then >>charge back<<.
I entered all my paysafecards, fairly enough to compensate the chargeback.
I already waited 3 days, which isn't normal at all....
Do you think ill get my account back until the Legendary and Valentine crates go away?

Depends on which day you sent it. They don't respond on weekends.

Nah not always. This isnt true. i was in the same situation 3 months ago, they answered me the next day
1-2 weeks? it was sometimes 3 minutes.
still nothing. just resent the ticket. any ideas?
It take Like max 7 days If your lucky itll be 2 days and normally it would be 3-5 days
