PBE Account for Riot Points

I'd like to trade my account for Riot Points on the official League of Legends.
Since I haven't played on PBE for 1 year, I decided to trade it.
It has all champions, that means a total of champions 111 champions.
It also has 18 rune pages with a lot of runes.
Currently the account has 19182 IP and 6035 RP.
I've bought a lot of skins, not sure how many. As far as I remember I got almost every legendary skin.
I've bought 85 normal skins.
