I have tried it with your instructions.. It crash after 1 game.
It begins to start the 2nd game but I get security alert. Maybe it is my OS. I am on Windows 8 32-Bit

Okay... I did everything. But as soon as I log in, AVA shuts down. No pop up saying anything. Just shuts down...

The old euro-adder dll worked just fine, you didn't even need to hex-edit it, you're just making it more unstable. Just use an undetected injector.

its update for the old 500 euro adder cuz its not work any more and no one update it so i did
its work but its get crash after 10k euro its beter than nothing for now its full auto

PLS READ AND ITS WILL WORK FINE
Instructions:
1. Start AVA and when the Xigncode logo dissapears inject the .dll
2. Go to your settings put everything in windowed modus and 800*600 res
3. Create the prisonbreak survival room password protected 1 or 4 players (Just password protected)
4. Hold the 5 button on your keyboard till it starts ( NOT F5 OR THE KEYPAD)
5. Done!

This guy just leeched AVA Dead's work, since his euro adder still works fine, you just need to use a different injector, im using rullez matrix injector atm and that works with ava dead's euro adder.dll
