How to unban ?

My account got banned a few days ago and i sent a ticket, which is supposed to get answered in the following 48h. After 48h i still have received nothing except but automatic mail saying the ticket was received. So i tried to mail the address that is shown on their site (info@aeriagames.com) but i received a mail from "Mail Delivery Subsystem" telling me my mail couldn't be sent because the group (info) may not exist.
How can i do to get my account unbanned ?

From account it's like my account never existed neither in AVA nor in Aeria but i can still connect to my others accounts

I would send a ticket every 6hrs to make sure you a reply. They will reply to you, but may not tell you why you are banned. If you are 3 day, 5 day, 7 day or perm ban they will tell you.

Little update and tip, you better create an account and login before ticketting so you see your ticket's status

They should send you a link to go to so you can send another ticket.

if ur acc was banned then u cant unless u send tickets and ask aeria to unban

Hm, did you use any hacks on that account?
I believe if you it's proven you really hack you will get an permanent bann and you wont be unbanned.
