There are tons of ways to win the capsule shop.

now is there a "separate" capsule shop for each server i go on, like if i go to rookie server will there be lest activity because its the rookie server than if i go to pvp 1?

The capsule shop is the same on both the NA and Europian Servers plus Beginner and Normal channels. Or so I believe.

Go to the one that has the most activity. Use those people to lower the capsules until its low enough to buy. I would say a good number is around 60-70. Once it reaches that people will start buying instantly.
