    Really new to all this and looking for some help

    Can I use these mods for multiplayer? And my second question is, once i do these mods, do I have to re-do them everytime I play BL2?

    If you mean the Cheat Engine Tables, you'll need to be hosting for them to work in MP, and it will also affect the other players. And it depends on which mods you use. Some give permanent benefits, while others will need to be activated every time you start up the game.
