Hacked Lobbies? Everything got unlocked...

Well i was playing today and joined a hack lobby it unlocked everything for me, gave me full prestige. I just wondered what mod this was. I am playing the Steam version of MW2. I can tell you the that in the lobby in the middle of the screen were advertisements etc "Admin 10$" "VIP 5$" and the leader had a command list thing? it would look something like this, we could see it on his killcam
"Godmode"
"Unlimited Ammo"
"Teleport all to me"
"Kill all"
Something along those line..
IF anyone can tell me what the mod was i will be very grateful, Thanks!
UPDATE: Just found another hacked lobby and it had a game mode called Juggernaut Deathmatch?

Mabye try looking at the gsc modding section in mw2 they have different mod releases

But dont i need MW2 Liberation to use them!? And last time i used MW2 Liberation i got cheat detected Or can i do it another way?
