Cant edit posts

I cant edit posts, only recent ones like 3h ago. And also cant send private messages, it says:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Although its activated.

you can edit your posts
look under Settings and the option
Private message and place in On

You do not have the minimum requirements to PM someone yet.

You can't edit threads/posts anymore after 24 hours have passed.
Instead, please 'report' your thread/post and mention what should be edited. a Minion or higher will perform this for you.

Also, 15-20 posts are required in order to have PM'ing enabled.
