    Most people that are going to use this, if they do, Will only use the top portion of the body and up, so feet don't really matter in this case

    Pretty good, use erase/mask or pen? If you used pen I'd say tone down the feathering to 0.25-0.5

    Looks quite good though I would have picked a higher RES image if I was you or atleast decrease the size a little to improve the overall quality.
