The folder in the rar you downloaded here named 'maps', with inside the images of the default and first dlc maps.

And I think that the boxes, radar and other stuff don't work, because you are using windows 8.
Someone else using windows 8 had the same problems.

Okay, well i'll just use the No-Recoil hack. I'm a good player so I don't really need anything else. So if you have Win 8 the No-Recoil hack should work. just press F6 and it'll beep twice to turn on and once to turn off. I'm all set . BTW Poeh there still may be a way to have ESP's and Aimbot for Win 8 players, because I'm currently using and ESP + Aimbot with MW2 using a different hack. I'm runnning it in windowed mode. So I don't think Aero is the problem, because with your hack, when I use it in windowed mode, I do see a yellow box outlining the game's window. But since only No-Recoil works for me I'll just play with full-screen mode

Yes, or atleast it used to, though I don't suggest you use it, because you'll probably get VAC-ban after 2 or 3 weeks.
Personally I'd keep to x22 xInstantHook.

I have updated my name-faker, but I can't test it, alter-rev got hacked and closed iBerianOps

Probably forever , but you could switch to nemexisOps.

iBerianOps was a cracked version of black ops made by alter-rev, but they closed it.
You could also use this hack on *(another cracked version of blops).
It also works on the original black ops, but it will probably get you banned
