Yeah and you need to have membership to obtain the Dragonblade. Just because the item is a non member item doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't require membership to obtain.

Some other Milt items. Most of his are non-mem but most require a membership to access. Because although you can access Tarcissinotlim, it takes membership access to gain access to the room Milt (now known as Nulgath) resides.

Dages items are non-mem as well, but his items start with an AC item (Undead Warrior). Most if not all of his rares are AC items too.

The quest for the Dragonblade isn't rare. You also need to be a member to complete any quests with items that require membership. You also need to have the behemoth of shadow blade which requires membership to obtain.
