Well first off, HTML isn't even coding. But I won't go on about that.
Secondly, HTML is fucking useless without CSS.
And Notepad? How pleb can you get? Seriously, just use Notepad++.

If you know how "to make html happen", then how come you have no idea how it works? Maybe you should practice a bit more before getting a website? Do you even have an idea of what this website is going to be?


Well, whatever. I'm not here to lecture you. I'm just here to say that I can't give you a site that gives this out because that's considered advertising, but if you really can't find free hosting, then maybe you should stay off the internet until you're at least 12.

Just use XAMPP if your connection is fast enough. You'll still need to buy a domain though.
