I want to make my own website. I know HTML but how do i use it to make one?

You type your HTML in a text file, save as .htm and double click it. Voila browser opens with your webpage

Pay a service for a domain name. godaddy sucks btw

Get a free host, use a FTP, upload to it, access the webpage from a browser.
