Steam is Officially Confused

This morning I went to go log into my LEGIT steam account. The account I DO NOT hack on, the one I use to just chat with my buddies. I entered my user name and password, like any other day. A message popped up saying "This account has been Disabled.". It gave me a link below it to get help/support. I made a ticket this morning at 10:00 a.m Eastern-U.S time. They still have not answered me back. What I think is dumb is, my HACKING steam account still up, but my LEGIT one isn't. Does anyone think that "Disabling my account" was something about me breaking a rule against policy? Or just a mix-up?

I have, no emails, they banned the account without any cause. Well that's what I get for having Steam instead of Non-Steam.

Steam is homo, I don't play or buy any games on it.

Yea, I know. How do you get your games? Non-Steam? Or do you just not play Counter-Strike or any of those games?

Oh, That sucks. But he can still code the pubs? Awkward. Well, I enjoy them, so no complaints.
