No i just came from the gym and saw this guy that didnt come for like 3 months, so we catch up and he told me he used steroids once
Btw, this guy makes pop eye look like a baby girl.
So me wondering, what if i took it once? Would it help me or hurt me?

Do not take steroids. Lets say you do take them, and you stop working out, your "muscles" will sag a lot. Mostly around your biceps and triceps.
There really is no point in taking them anyways. I just take Whey Protein after my workouts.
