It's mainly dodge/burn for the metallic look, and simple use of the pen tool for the shapes. Sounds easy, hard to do.

lol wtf sounds easy yes its hella hard i was doing that 1 you showed me got like 45mins through then i noticed i messed up somewere it was when i started you gotta be in the zone to do these or ur fucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yeah lost, but since i've done them regulary for about 2 months, i can get in the hang of it, but to be honest, you have to be in a GFX mood to create some special Interface designs.
