Avatar Request!!!

Just wondering if anyone out there could make me an avatar with the following:

1. using the picture in the attachments, adding some nice visual effects.

2. Basic text, in a script font, which ever color you think looks best: Phil *next line* Clan Leader

3. if you look closely at the attached image, you will see a crosshair at the top left of the image. Please try to remove the crosshair (optional)

not as good as i expected; could have used more visual effects (coloring, shading, etc.). it's ok, though. Thx!

well if you could find a better render i would be able to do more detail without making the render look like crap
