I'm still not sure if the current brackets are final, yet. Also, along with their registration they have to include their forum name. At which point you will PM them and talk out a time that is good for both of you. As for rules, it's a simple 1v1. PM/VM me about an 15 minutes before your match and I will then TV both you and your opponent.
