vouch copies are usally given to high post members that are known or semi known.
giving out a vouch to someone thats under 100 post is retarded
One. the person can be a new person and barely anyone knows him
Two.the person may be a scammer or someone thats untrusted
Three. why would you pick someone that has under 100 post than someone that have lets say 2k post.?

What's the end result from a 100 post vouch and a 2k post vouch.

One has more posts, and honestly, it doesn't really matter who it is because if i had 3k posts, i could make a new account sell some stuff for i don't know. 1 million, then I can leg it, it's not that the new account I created was untrusted, I gave myself a vouch but, the thing is that what's the difference? As long as whoever he gives the vouch to vouches for it, and maybe provides a screenshot like they did in this case.
