Any GPU under $90 is utter crap. Don't bother and save up for a 660Ti or something.
Ok, after many thought I decided to get me a XFX ATI Radeon HD 4850 . It is lease expensive, and with the current system setup I can run BF3 medium/normal Settings (Able to run BF3 Medium/normal settings was the goal from the start to building this PC) . Thanks anyway!

Can confirm the 4850 is a pretty good card. Almost positive I have it sitting in an old rig and it runs games on med-high with no problems. Most of the people ITT forget that there is cards that can play games just fine, and that there is actually GPU options outside of elitist tier GPUS. In a while you can pick up a second 4850 and Xfire it for even better performance. Although before you do that, you should upgrade your CPU. Phenom II X4 965 is a $99 quad core @3.4Ghz and is more than enough to do what you want.

Getting good parts is always better, but a lot of people forget that sometimes budget is not a very flexible option. I spent quite a while stretching $200-$500 worth of money to make builds for clients a couple years ago. You learn that just because something doesnt have really high benchmarks, or super good specs, it still runs quite well. My roomate is using a 8600GTS in his comp, and he plays most games perfectly fine.
Bear in mind, some GPU's are really not all that meant for gaming, and sometimes they may have a point. The 4850 just happens to be a pretty decent GPU.
get gtx 550 cuz you dont have a high end cpu
How about EVGA GeForce GT 640 (Dual Slot) 2gb memory
price 99$
buy a atiradeon 7950 it's good
but my psu 430w....
