blacklist aka shitlist?
Does a blacklist/whitelist still work?

Yes I remember that feature from an old vip hack, but not remember the name. Anyway was never avaible for public and as far I know is not avaible anymore in all vips.

It depends on the hack creator. I haven't seen something like that in ages. I might work on it since it sounds cool.
