28C is fine. Other temps look a bit odd though, make sure you are getting good airflow through your case.

i just went in my case to double check.. turns out i had my hard drive fan plugged out ... lol glad i checked. Assemply and Air flow went from 40 to 36 degrees C but its going down more.

its steady at 34 degree C

@zachair Are you running the stock cooler with your Athlon? Mine runs at 35-45 daily with the stock. Don't really care to upgrade :L
Just get better fans and look into positive/negative pressure. I have my case setup for negative pressure so it is never pushing out per say, always pulling in (except my 250mm fan on the top of my case). This forces more air into the case rather than just trying to push the heat out, though unless you have dust filters can fill your case up fairly quickly.
