Honestly money to performance ratio i recommend the 660ti but that will most likely run it on almost max. As long as you turn of ambient occlusion your probably pretty good.

Yeah , Im still in the building stage , and im thinking of getting an i3 2100@3.1 ghz ......( CPU )
Also , the RAM , is 4 GB fine ?
Btw , i don't care much about the graphics , only the resolution , it's pretty obvious that someone like me ( got an ATi Radeon 4200 256mb ) will find 40 fps on low BLAZING FAST !
My goal is stable 40 fps EVERYWHERE ! No care about the graphics .....

At 720p you should run this game no problem with a decent CPU.. i have the Amd equvelent so it's not that bad I play on ultra with a 2.4ghz Dual Core with HT so basically a quad

If you only want to run 40 fps i'm pretty sure u can run it on high with 1920x1080

C`mon guys, I have a notebook a I can run this game on Ultra with more than 40 FPS I think, really, are you asking about a GTX 650 for Desktops? Did you search anything before asking crap? Or maybe I am wrong, my GTX 675M is just like the GTX 670 TI for Desktops
