i try to send the packet (with the hex decimls u gave us) and it says hex decimals are wrong, also when u send the packet should u be a class choice screen or the char name screen?

You should send this in the character selection screen (after selecting channel).

hair/face/skin/etcetc is the next non-zero's

The bolded portion is the portion you care about. It changes the 4 items you get when making your character into GM hats. Huzzah. Items.

1D 01 02 82 7F 3D 36 19 E4 AC 03 = changes you from FM room 1 to like 2, or some shit. Nothing really exploitable, can be used to warp to the FM from places, so it might be useful some places.

Blitz did you ever make a video explaining packet editting? I've tried it, but I don't understand it, even the spoonfeeding guides.

I don't get it. I tried sending "28 00 07 00 61 50 6F 74 61 74 6F 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 08 32 4E 00 00 4E 75 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 9C 4A 0F 00 18 84 10 00 0A FA 10 00 1D 2C 14 00" at the character selection page, and nothing happened. After I sent it, I went and created a character with the name "aPotato", and then I spawned with nothing, and then finished the tutorial and spawned with the server's items that you're suppost to spawn with.

I need some more clear instructions, how do I do this?

I know this may be bumping this this is still fairly useful. I find it works on the server I am playing, however i do not know how to find hex codes, only item codes.
I was looking for phantom stuff specifically if anyone can help? v117
