I have a set playlist of Isochtonic tones I listen to while I sleep. The last one plays five minutes before I usually get up, it's a fast pace LFO with a comb filter sweeping a saw tooth and square wave at a raising frequency starting at 100 Hz to 15 KHz. I also wake up about three times every night thanks to my fucking insomnia.
I wake up, down a Casein/Whey combo protein shake, take my multi, shower and brush my teeth (yes, at the same time), shave, put my gauges in, gel my Mohawk back because I can't have it up for work and it's not long enough to tie off, brush my teeth with peroxide and baking soda, brush them with toothpaste again, get dressed, then speed to work because in five minutes behind schedule. Every day.
