My steam got hacked yesterday, when I went on store.steampowered.com I was stilled logged in, couldn't do anything though.
This is the e-mail he changed it to: ddomenas@gmail.com
If someone succesfully can hack this, I will maybe pay them.

It's really the best way, if of course you can prove that you bought anything on that account.
Yeah, did that. With keys and paypal and all that. Just thought, if he hacks me, I can hack him back

If HE hacks you it's most likely because of your poor password.
And the fact that you didn't have steamguard running, and/or that you have the same password on your email.
And if YOU can hack him back, why did you come here telling "US" to do it for you?
Fail to grasp the logic here.
Problem best solved with steam-support, enable SteamGuard and change passwords on both email and steam, DIFFERENT ONES.

True, but he then changed E-mail/Password. It's a shame
Just talk to SteamSupport, They can help you get it back if you provide proof you own it.
I have proof, how do I change email if I can't login?
I got it back yesterday. Thanks for the support!
No problem, change passwords on both of them, enable steam guard and change questions.
(Don't use the same password)
You should get something that can't be cracked using a dictionary hack, generally people wont bother to crack your account using bruteforce, they will use wordlists.
Use something like this "w3f~(7D713!920_"
Strong Password Generator
It will take ages to bruteforce, good luck, have fun.
A strong password:
has at least 15 characters;
has uppercase letters;
has lowercase letters;
has numbers;
has symbols, such as ` ! " ? $ ? % ^ & * ( ) _ - + = { [ } ] : ; @ ' ~ # | \ < , > . ? /
is not like your previous passwords;
is not your name;
is not your login;
is not your friend’s name;
is not your family member’s name;
is not a dictionary word;
is not a common name;
is not a keyboard pattern, such as qwerty, asdfghjkl, or 12345678.
