    you can get banned by nearly anything. vac is always running/scanning (even in the barracks but doesnt ban for that..nobody knows why) its your risk tho :P

    i got banned but i used camo unlocker for 3 weapons and zombie trainer (unl. ammo and godmode) in single player, maybe the ban was for the zombie trainer or for the camo unlocker.

    VAC is a dick some times they ban you right away and some times they wait a week to make you think your getting away with it then you get banned.

    If your online you do get banned though if u play solo in offline mode I'm pretty sure u wont
