FPS lags

Can some1 help me how to incrase FPS and make game no FPS lag ? my GPU: Nvidia GeForrce 9500Gt tnx

Lowering your graphics is always the best solution. If you have antialiasing or anisotropic filtering try to turn off those as they take a huge amound of processing power.
Scanning your computer for viruses and closing unused program (steam/chrome/etc) migh help
If you still have a lot of lag, maybe you can try gamebooster although I read somewear that xigncode block it...

Ok here is my settings, but i try to put all lowest and resolution 800*600 but is same sht, and i close all another programs, but still lag, in Anihillation i have fps 20-30 and all guys teleport, hard to aim it, were is my problem ty

Internet connection, graphics card, 25-70 is ok. Or buy a better PC.
